About Me

About Me

I'm not another MBA consultant who thinks they cracked the code based on their own experience getting in.

I spent years inside Chicago Booth—as both an MBA student and Associate Director of Career Management. I didn't just go through the process once and decide I figured it out. I worked with 2,000+ students going through it, sat in admissions discussions, and coached them from orientation through offer acceptance.

I know both sides

I know what admissions committees look for when they read your application. And I know how to navigate recruiting once you're in.

I don't generalize from my own experience. What I teach comes from pattern recognition across thousands of students—seeing what works, what doesn't, and why.

Your Coach

Chicago Booth MBA Earned my MBA while serving as Associate Director of Career Management—giving me unique perspective on both admissions and recruiting.

Associate Director of Career Management, Chicago Booth

  • Advised 2,000+ MBA students on career strategy and recruiting

  • Primary career coach for military veterans (Armed Forces Group)

  • Helped veteran cohort achieve one of the highest recruiting success rates across student groups

  • Coached students through consulting, banking, tech recruiting—and more

  • Built relationships with top firms and understood what they look for in MBA hires

Working with military service members became my focus. I helped hundreds translate military leadership into business school language and position it as competitive advantage. I’ve helped them receive admissions to HBS, Yale SOM, Kellogg, Booth, and many more top MBA programs. I successfully coached them through interviews for McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, and Microsoft.

This work is personal. It still is.

Consulting Manager, Booz Allen Hamilton Led teams and managed complex projects before business school. Hired veterans into consulting roles. Understand the career trajectories leading into and out of top MBA programs.

My Differentiator

Dual Perspective – Was Associate Director while completing my MBA. Saw both admissions discussions and recruiting outcomes firsthand.

Pattern Recognition – After 2,000+ students, I know which backgrounds position well for consulting, how to translate military leadership, how to help career switchers. I don't generalize—I know what works because I've seen it work.

Finished Work – Deliver polished essays, refined résumés, interview frameworks. Not just feedback.

Military Expertise – Main career coach for veterans at Booth. Helped achieve highest recruiting success rates. Offer special rates for all military service members and families.
